Please follow: http://stellabellainvites.blogspot.com/ it is where I will be posting all of my new work starting this month, I also copied over my posts from Designs by Tine so I have all my work up there.
For previous brides- If you get your pictures back and have some of the work I did for you, please let me know, I would love to purchase it.
For all of my happy customers, in about a month you will be receiving an envelope with 5 15% Coupons for friends and family promotion from Stella Bella Invites, don't be alarmed it is from me, Tine!!
Sadly I decided when filling out my business license information that Designs by Tine just wasn't going to cut it as the name of my business. The name comes from what I call my pup, Stella Bella, but she actually hears "NO" a lot more than her name so she looks at me funny when I say it!
For California Brides- Starting June 1st, I will have to calculate sales tax! I am sorry and I wish I didn't have to but everything I do is taxable! I don't want to tick off Uncle Sam!!!
For Bay Area Brides- I would love to make an appointment to work on your paper products in person!! Email me for more info.

Wedding Wire Review- Ashley's
"We absolutely loved the invitations that we ordered from Designs By Tine. They were beautiful and exactly what we had in mind. We got so many wonderful compliments on them, we were almost afraid that the rest of the wedding wouldn't live up to them! They were made with high quality paper and looked like we paid much more for them than we did. She also included a map for the back of the invite that looked great! Christine worked hard to get everything right and made any requested changes quickly. We were able to choose the exact colors, designs, and envelopes that we wanted. What a great value! It was so nice to have invitations that were totally unique, not preprinted with set wording and colors. "

I am back from electronic mayhem! My charger for my laptop is coming in today. Unfortunately my dad had a different Dell laptop so I couldn't use his charger over the weekend. My printer is working again also! Thank you to Dave the printer fixing genius!!
Allison's invites are finally getting mailed TOMORROW!!!! I got the maps printed on the back of the direction cards last night and I didn't want to test the printer anymore so I am waiting to print the return addresses today!!
I also have a ton of pictures to add of recent projects!
Thank you everyone for your patience!

Personalized Tanks/Tops/Sweatshirts- Zig Zag Sports
Debbie at Zig Zag Sports in Burlingame does all types of shirts and tanks to fit any budget. She does vinyl, embroidery, screen printing and transfer printing. Her motto is "No job is too small". I went through her to do my cousin's bachelorette tanks, I did the design and then she did all the printing.
Here are some more examples of her work that she did for Rachel for her friend Erin's wedding.
Here is what the backs looked like.

The Brides:
Thanks Rachel for the pictures!
Both examples above where done with vinyl. It is a cheaper alternative to screen printing and the color stays truer longer. She has tons of colors to choose from including glitter ones.

Computer Issues
So my lovely little puppy on Friday was relaxing down by my feet while I was working on my laptop. She was incredibly quite (should have known!) and then all of a sudden my laptop notifies me that I have three minutes of battery life left. I save the document I was working on and it goes black. I pull the cord from the back of the computer to see if it is still plugged in and a little puppy head comes up with the cord. The little brat ate almost through the cord, just one little string was holding it together.
I have ordered a new battery charger from Dell and it should be here by June 5th. I am unable to work on any projects with certain fonts because I don't have those fonts on my computer yet. Once I get the charger, everything will be transferred to my computer.
Boarding Pass proofs have been working well because I have the PDF which I can transfer into Corel. But invites proofs and printing are on hold. The only order printed is Allison's.

Marriage Equality
I love reading Stinkerpants Design because of her true talent in creating something completely unique! She also has great business posts which help me in figuring out the next steps in my business.
A week or so ago I noticed she had a banner on her site regarding Equality. Living in California, I was sickened when Prop H8te passed. I couldn't believe how ignorant people could be. I know that there are people who do not believe in marriage equality for religious reasons, but that is not what the LBGT community is asking for. They are asking for the right to have a "legal" marriage, not a "religious" or "rite" of marriage, which is done by a church. As being someone who studied the law of this country, it angers me that there is not a real separation between church and state, which the drafters of the constitution asked for. Everyone has the right to practice the religion they choose, but they do not have the right to put their views out as the correct and only view. Right now their religious views are what is stopping the passage of gay marriage. The only argument that I have heard is the "bible" argument. Please give me another one and I will be happy to hear it.
We now have an African American man as President, why can't we see that the discrimination against communities needs to stop. There is not a superior race or a superior view, it is a melting pot. But everyone deserves the RIGHT to choose what they want to do. If they have religious qualms regarding gay marriage then they don't have to go in support of one. How can a man marrying a man, or a woman marrying a woman, hurt you so much to make it illegal?
Discriminating comes in many forms and the discrimination against the LBGT community is truly pitiful. For those getting married... how would you feel if someone told you that you couldn't marry that person that you love?
DISCLAIMER- I know that this may anger some people but I have stayed silent too long. I have nothing against God or the Bible, I just wish it was completely taken out of the secular government that we are supposed to have!

Real Weddings- Jennifer- Continued
Jennifer's Monogram was a special monogram. It had her wedding date on one part and then her vow renewal also in there. It kept with her beach Cape Cod theme.
Jennifer made her own menus and kept wtih the same paper that we used on her invites. She incorporated the monogram at the top of the menu to complete the look!

Thank you Jennifer for sending these pictures! She was my first panel pocket invite and was a pleasure to work with. I also made her CD cases to complement the colors and designs.
For past brides, if you have photos of your invites or other products let me know, I will purchase the pictures for my portfolio!
Thanks!
